Liquid nitrogen mixology
With the G6 and our Patented Process, you can create frozen cocktails with liquid nitrogen rather than using ice. Using liquid nitrogen you have a drink that is flavorfull to the last sip and never watered down.
Being that liquid nitrogen is odorless, tasteless, and colorless, it is used widly in the commercial industry. Liquid nitrogen freezes a cocktail drink quite quickly so ice crystals don't have a chance to form. This process creates more of a slush that is velvety smooth to your palete. .
The drinks have an amazingly smooth, velvety texture. We use the word "velvet" to describe how the frozen cocktails actually feel in your mouth. As always, the fog display from the "G6" is showy and quite incredible.

Please note that while liquid nitrogen is used to freeze and chill products, liquid nitrogen is not to be given or handed to the customer. The liquid nitrogen used to freeze and chill the product is dispersed back into the air before handing or serving to the customer.
