In 2003, a quiet Washington coffee shop became the stage for a bold dream: to craft the freshest ice cream the world had ever tasted, right before a customer’s eyes. That dream sparked Nitrocream, as we embarked on a journey to pioneer liquid nitrogen ice cream technology, hand-building our first machines with little more than a welder, a vision, and an unwavering belief in the magic of dessert. We shaped metal with care—cutting, grinding, and welding—each piece a testament to our passion for creating something extraordinary. Over the past 22 years, that passion has carried us from those humble beginnings to a global legacy. We’ve refined our craft with precision CNC manufacturing, introduced innovations like the dual blade system to keep ice cream from freezing to the side of the bowl and the tilt-back head for seamless scooping, and earned a patent in 2005 for our groundbreaking process. Today, at our Washington facility, every G6 machine we hand-assemble with the finest materials is a celebration of that journey—producing ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and frozen cocktails in seconds, with a mesmerizing fog show and a texture so smooth it feels like a revelation. Having sold our machines to businesses all over the planet, we’ve empowered restaurants, bars, and shops to turn every scoop into a moment of wonder, crafting memories that linger long after the last bite.
